Marijke Zewuster became Head of Emerging Markets at ABN AMRO Group Economics in 2010. In an ABN AMRO career going back more than twenty years, she previously held various posts concerned with economics and country risk management. Alongside her day-to-day work at the bank, Marijke was for some years an active member of the Executive Committee of the European Staff Council and chaired the bank’s personal complaints committee. Marijke studied Economics at the University of Amsterdam and during her studies worked as a assistant lecturer at the Inter-University Centre for the Study and Documentation of Latin America (CEDLA) in Amsterdam.
