Prior to joining ABN AMRO, he worked as an economist and FX strategist at Barclays, based in the Tokyo and Singapore offices, where he covered G10 FX markets and Emerging Asia. Bill studied economics at the School of Oriental and African Studies (BA) and at the University of St Andrews (MSc).
